Julie M. Cho has practiced law since 1997. She founded Cho Law Firm, APC in 2010, and today her practice is devoted to estate planning and trust administration for individuals and families throughout California.

Julie began her career in business litigation at large law firms. She opened her own practice in the city where she was raised, and within a few years estate planning and trust administration had become the center of her work. Clients who call the office are connected directly to Julie when she is available. Julie speaks both English and Korean and meets with clients in either language.

Julie builds ongoing relationships with her clients and coordinates with their CPAs and financial advisors. Her personal approach, integrity, and sincere concern for her clients have made her a trusted partner to families and to the advisors who refer them.

Julie also draws on her business background to help clients form an LLC or corporation and review the related agreements when their plans call for it.

How We Work

What to expect when you work with us.

You work with Julie

Julie meets with you, designs your plan, and reviews every document with you. When you call the office, the receptionist connects you directly to Julie whenever she is available.

Every document is explained

Before you sign, we go through your trust, will, powers of attorney, and health care directive in plain terms, so you know what each one does and why it is there.

We help you fund your trust

We prepare and record the deeds for your real estate, give you written instructions for your accounts and beneficiary designations, and review your progress with you.

We work with your advisors

We coordinate with your CPA, financial advisor, and insurance professional so that your legal plan and your finances are consistent with each other.

We are here when life changes

Marriages, births, deaths, moves, and new assets can all affect your plan. Clients call us when something changes, and we update the plan as needed.

Your successor trustee is guided
